A lesson on the levels of government got a personal touch for ESC Teacher Matthew Kuehnle’s class at Westerville South High School.

In November, the class toured the Ohio Statehouse last month and visited Westerville City Hall and met with Westerville Mayor Diane C. Fosselman, who let the students know about local government and her role as mayor.
