What do I need to do if I am changing my address, name, emergency notification or benefits?

Complete the appropriate forms, which are available to ESC staff inside the employee intranet, OurESC under the heading "Forms." Staff will need their ESC username and password to complete these forms.*

Within the Forms section, these documents can be found under "Benefits" within the "Center for Business Services."

*Staff who don't remember their ESC username and password should contact the ESC IT Help Desk via e-mail. Staff should be sure to include a phone number where a Help Desk technician can call to confirm the reset.
