Special Projects

The Center for Achievement and Leadership Services offers professional consulting and coordination services for a variety of special projects including dual enrollment and the Teacher Advancement Program.

Dual Enrollment
The Center for Achievement and Leadership Services promotes regional partnerships among colleges and universities and area school districts to offer college credit courses to high school students at the high school campus by the high school teacher.  Dual enrollment not only provides high school students with immediate access to college-level coursework and credit, but also provides its teachers with extraordinary professional development opportunities.  

Teacher Advancement Program
The Center for Achievement and Leadership Services serves as the statewide coordinator for the Teacher Advancement Program (TAP).  For more information regarding TAP, go to
