Executive Search Services
An experienced team provides comprehensive search service for boards of education. The ESC of Central Ohio provides varying levels of search services: 1.) targeting candidates; 2.) open posted candidates; 3.) accelerated process. The ESC also provides experienced, fully licensed administrators to serve as interim appointees.
The ESC has recently done searches for the following districts: Dublin City Schools; Worthington City Schools; Jonathan Alder Local School District , Licking Heights Local Schools, Fairbanks Local Schools, Eastland-Fairfield Career & Technical Schools, Olentangy Local Schools, Groveport-Madison School District, Granville Exempted Village Schools, Reynoldsburg City Schools, Big Walnut Local Schools and London City Schools.
Strategic Planning and Management
The ESC of Central Ohio can assist your district leadership team in setting a long-range strategic direction, as well as auditing current planning processes.
Ohio Improvement Process (OIP)
The Center for Achievement and Leadership Services can assist your district and building leadership teams in the Ohio Improvement Process, facilitating the completion of a comprehensive needs assessment through the Decision Framework, promoting the development of focused goals, strategies and action steps, developing processes for monitoring implementation, and assisting in the evaluation of the impact and effectiveness of the plan.
Learning Leaders Network
The Center for Achievement and Leadership Services supports district and building leaders through a series of monthly meetings designed specifically to engage practitioners in emerging trends and topics related to instructional leadership, teaching, and learning.
District Leadership Institute
The District Leadership Institute offers district leadership development that goes beyond the traditional superintendent licensure experience by providing practical learning opportunities necessary for mastery of exemplary district leadership practices.
DLI participants are educators who aspire to be administrators. Participants must commit to attending every class session and completing assignments between classes. For more information, click here.
Ohio Superintendent Evaluation System (OSES)
The ESC of Central Ohio has worked closely with the Ohio Department of Education and the Buckeye Association of School Administrators in developing and implementing a standards-based evaluation systems for superintendents. The ESC has been actively involved with boards of education and superintendents in establishing standards-based job descriptions, annual distinct objectives, fomative and summative evaluation processes.
