What others are saying

At Assessment Training Institute, we advocate for clear learning targets translated into student-friendly language as the basis for accuracy and effective use of classroom assessment. The flipbooks that Align, Assess, Achieve has created are practical, well done, and easy to use. They will be of tremendous help to all teachers working to derive clear classroom-level learning targets from the Common Core State Standards and to translate those targets into statements that make sense to students, too."

These research-based instructional planning tools provide our teachers with a clear "roadmap" for interpreting The Common Core State Standards. Align, Assess, Achieve has done the difficult work of unpacking the CCSS, putting them in kid friendly language, and has provided teachers with a clear tool to promote deeper meaning and understanding. Our teachers can now focus on changing how we teach, for a greater impact on student learning."

As a principal, I would have loved having all of the key ideas and details right at my fingertips! These books are a very practical tool for educators. I especially appreciate the layout, which will be easy for teachers, administrators, and students to use. These books provide a meaningful contribution to the ongoing conversation around education and facilitate a shared vocabulary among students and the adults who work with them."
